Bistro Saigon — Restaurant in Žilina

Better phở can be had about a 100 meters from this restaurant at "Hanoi Bistro". The phở here doesn't taste like it has all the necessary herbs, the broth almost tastes "instant". But Slovakia is a country where people make broth this way, so I am not surprised to see the positive reviews.

This place probably has a southern Viet chef. While the folks over at Hanoi Bistro are all Central Vietnamese.
