La Donuteria — Restaurant in Bratislava

My mother in law and my son stopped there today (10.08.2023) and it did not start well. My son was extremely disappointed that he could only buy a full box of donuts. Unfortunately my mother in law only had some spare coins on her. Not enough to buy the box. As you can imagine the boy ended up in tears and they started walking home. But suddenly, almost at the doorstep to the house they heard ‘excuse me!’. They turned around and just behind them was the owner with a box of donuts and a smile on his face. He chased them for almost a 1 km. He sat down on a stone fence and said: boy, chose one donut, any one you like. The boy replied asking for the price of the donut. ‘It is FREE’ he heard. The boy was shocked but nevertheless wanted to pay for the treat but the man replied: I will not take the money, it’s for you, for free. So, the boy picked a donut (OREO ONE) and the man returned to his shop. To make a long story short and in my own words, not typing the story that my son tells, he made my son extremely happy. I heard the story the first thing after coming home from work and here I am sharing it with you. Oh, yeah and have I mentioned the donuts are just mind blowing!?! La Donuteria - what a gorgeous donut boutique!

You can’t go past these fresh, delicious tasting donuts that come in a variety of different mouth watering flavours and are great value for money!

I was there just this weekend and tried the mini box of donuts and, as expected, they were soft, fluffy and delicious and also came in a range of different flavours.

The owner of this boutique is super friendly and his unwavering commitment and dedication to his craft is evident in the exceptional quality of the donuts and the genuine care he shows towards his customers. He takes the time to engage with them ensuring they leave happy and satisfied with their experience.

Naozaj si neviem pomôcť, ale doteraz som neprišla týmto donutám na chuť. 4x som im dala šancu, ale bohužiaľ nie. Kompletne všetky polevy brutálne sladké, človek po nich zažíva doslova inzulínový šok. Presladenosť donutov spôsobuje škodu viac majiteľom ako kupujúcim, podľa mňa ak by boli menej sladké, ľudia by logicky zjedli viac. Vizuálne neestetické, polevy príliš riedke a porozlievané kade-tade. Mne to príde ako taká masová záležitosť, naozaj by som si na tom vizuále dala záležať viac. Ich stratégiu o dostupnosti tovaru komentovať nebudem, faktom ale je, že 2x na pobočke v meste už nemali vôbec žiadne donuty a človek úplne zbytočne meral cestu iba kvôli nim. Poslednú bodku za nákupom týchto donutov dal totálne odmeraný prístup predavačky na pobočke v Eurovei, kedy nám slečna s mobilom v ruke a otráveným výrazom na tvári doslova ocapkala a následne nahádzala donuty do krabice. Keďže to bol dar pre oslávenca, celkom ma aj rozladilo takýto neestetický mišung niekomu darovať. K úspechu nestačí davová psychóza, tá časom pominie u každého. Verte mi. Z dlhodobého hľadiska odporúčam brať si rady a podnety od náročných zákazníkov. Keďže podporujem mladých a šikovných slovenských podnikateľov a z dlhodobého hľadiska nemám ambíciu v tejto sfére podnikať, odporúčam Vám pohrať sa hlavne s vizuálom donutov, štruktúrou polevy, ubrať cukru a viac detailnejšej prepracovanosti. Držím palce. Odpoveď: Donuty boli kupovane 19.10. tesne pred 17.00. 4 kusy- sladká malina, arašidove maslo, nutella a raffaelo. Viem, že je ťažké nájsť schopných zamestnancov a vôbec ľudí, ktorých baví ich práca a chce sa im pracovať. Sama som majiteľom firmy a som ochotná tolerovať toho naozaj veľa. Ale verte mi, zamestnanec, ktorý takýmto ľahkovážnym spôsobom úmyselne poškodzuje dobré meno firmy bez akéhokoľvek vonkajšieho podnetu, a možnosť pracovať nevníma ako výzvu ale skôr ako utrpenie, patrí...
