Beautiful place to stay for a while! It was really clean but at the same time comfy. We had a great tea of fruits and fresh ginger and tasted sandwiches and the cheesecake. It was really good and tasty! The food was served under a glass cover, so also hygienic. On every table you can find desinfection gel, not only to protect your own, also the cats. The cats are all rescued, which I appreciate so much. They are relaxed and tolerant with guests. There are a lot of places on the upper wall where they can find calm. It's important for the owners that the contact between guests and cats ist fair and not too much forced from guests. They wrote also a "manual" how to behave with their cats. The service was all the time friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. We felt very welcome and are happy to find that place while making a break from our citytrip. I love cat cafés and been to multiple cafes all over the world. I can't get enough of the small furry friends 😻 I really enjoyed Mackafe especially after realizing that all the cats are saved cats and the café is a non profit organization. I'm surprised about how calm the cats are when a lot of them have had rough lifes prior to being rescued. Don't expect the cats to jump on your lap. Expect them to be in the room with you and give a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Go and pet the cats that lay within reach. They are very calm and will enjoy it. The drinks were decent, but leave room for improvement. The banana milkshake I drank was good, but not the best I’ve ever had.

Service was great, all the waitresses were ready to help out with anything we asked for, toys to play with cats, questions we asked, and even checked up if everything was ok.

Atmosphere 3/5:

The rooms are a bit dark, and there are not many windows for air. Other than that, everything was ok.

But despite all the previous criticisms, its worth mentioning that the café is a non-profit and its earnings go to a good cause of saving kittens from streets.
