Dobré časy — Restaurant in Poprad

I was at this place tonight with a group of my friends after checking the trip advisor reviews that suggested this place as the best burger place in Poprad. The waitress was very kind and helpful with most of things we asked for. However, we didn't understand why the kitchen staff wasn't able to split 1 big portion of soup on 2 plates and made us share one plate with 2 spoons instead... It shouldn't be a problem. The overall quality of the food was satisfactory-average. The bean soup could use more meat and beans. You could work on your burgers, the beef-meat was dry. Fries with cheddar and jalapenos could use much more cheddar and jalapenos. Also, in most restaurants it is normal to have spices, salt and paper napkins on the table. We don't understand how this is the best burger place in Poprad according to the trip advisor, because apart from the kind waitress, everything else was very average or even below in comparison to other amazing burger places in the region. Most of the things we listed are easily adjustable, so we may give it another shot and revisit in the future, as we all agreed that this place does have a good...

Bad attitude. Maybe the food is good but they didn't want me as a client so I can't say anything about the food. I entered the pub, waited, passed a girl, waited, passed another girl, waited, waited, then I asked one of those girl if it would be possible to eat something for dinner. Answer "yes" and turned away. So i waited, passed a girl, passed another, waited, then passed a boy and i asked him "can I sit over there" and he saud yes, so I sat down. And waited... 30 seconds until the same boy came and started shouting at me that I should have waited again the table to be cleaned!!! Well... I reminded him that 30 seconds earlier I asked HIM to sit... and he replied "ASKED WHAT???" shouting again... Well, evidently they didn't like me. I neither I like them. Very...

Dobrý deň, Prvom rade pracujem ako čašnička a viem čo je veľa roboty a nevedieť, kde mi hlava stojí. Príchod do podniku veľmi príjemní bolo plno sadli sme si na terasu, hrala živá hudba všetko poriadku. Čašnik nás prišiel obslúžiť pri objednávaní jedla sme sa pýtali na čakaciu dobu, kedže bolo plno. Bolo povedané maximálne 50 minút. Čo bolo ešte poriadku. Doniesli nám pivo v prasknutom pohári, vrátila som ho so slovami aby náhodou nebolo sklo v pive. Čašník sa ani len neospravedlnil, ale v poriadku prekusla som to. Začalo pršať všetci z terasy sa presunuli dnu. Našli sme si miesto s tým, že sme vedeli že, treba upozorniť čašníka na zmenu stola. A tu sa dostávam k veci. Absolútne pre mňa nepochopiteľná vec prečo čašníci, ktorí obsluhovali von a vedeli cca kto, kde sedel nešli dnu a nepýtali sa ľudí pri stoloch kde, kto sedel, ale nechali to na kolegov, ktorí obsluhovali dnu. Samozrejme čašník, ktorý nás chcel premiestniť nemal šajnu, kde sme sedeli, ale našiel nás a vybavil to ( bohužial premiestnil len účet, ale nepremiestnil stôl v kuchyni s jedlom na bone). Čakali sme na jedlo cca 80 minút jedlo neprišlo. Pomedzi to som sa bola pýtať, kde je jedlo. Jeden čašník odovzdal tento problém druhému a nič sa nevyriešilo. Pozdravujem čašníka s copom a tetovaním na krku, ktorého som za ten čas ako jediného videla že sa venoval hosťom a obsluhoval, objednával. Čašník, ktorý mi robil účet s tým, že som povedala "chcem platiť, ale iba za nápoje, kedže nám jedlo nedorazilo. Miesto toho aby sa sa ospravedlnil a spýtal sa ako dlho sme čakali alebo dal zľavu, povedla ale viete, máme plno čakacia doba je aj 40 minút. Viac mi netrebalo dala som mu peniaze. Dokonca aj tips. Takže to zhrniem. Odlišli sme hladný a nespokojní. Reštika super. Akurát by mali čašníci viac medzi sebou komunikovať. Čo sa týka organizácií 0 bodov. Miesto toho, aby čašníci, ktorí obsluhovali vonku terasu išli po tom ako sa všetci nahrnuli dni pomôcť kolegom proste zmizli, asi pratať terasu... Neviem. Trošku empatie do tímu a komunikácie medzi sebou. Komunikácia je...
