Café Razy Restaurant — Restaurant in Poprad

So it was great to be able to eat while the kid is playing - thank you for that. However, when it comes to food - I had a very bad experience here. I ordered ribs with home made bread - 12,5 euro. I got boiled ribs - seriously, they were boiled, and bread from the shop that tasted bad. Dressing for ribs was exactly the same as what you get in the bag with ribs if you buy ribs in the supermarket.

It was absolutely terrible dish. When I was eating it, I felt as if the person who cooked it said in my face "see, I really absolutely don't care about cooking delicious food". Terrible attitude. I have never got such badly cooked food for 12 euro.

So I do not recommend ordering food here. I hope the owner will pay attention to my feedback and hire someone...

Serious management problems - either understaffed or unempowered to solve problems! In two weeks of touring Poland and Slovakia, this restaurant provided us with our worst experience. Two main courses were ordered: we waited over an hour and a quarter for one meal to arrive and the second one still didn't arrive! Eventually, we asked to see the manager, who blamed in on a problem with "the system", but never actually apologised. We paid for what we had been served, no discount was given, the manager seemed to think it was good enough that "no service charge added". It may have been just a bad day for them, but I would NOT...

This is my first ever 1star ... :( attitude i have not ever experienced ... girl nearly shouting on us. My mom wanted ceasar salad without chicken... basicalli iceberg lettuce leaves with a splash of anchow sauce , tomatoes and a bit of parmesan which we struggled to find.... so we asked for some more... they gave more - this is woth that extra parmesan in picture. I would never ever give a one star. But attitude was a big surprise for me... i have worked in many bars and restaurants in my lifetime and would never ever imagine myself behaving this way. Im sure other meals are not like this and other times the waiters...
