Angry Chef Poprad — Restaurant in Poprad

We stopped by as a family here on our trip to this beautiful country. After a long hike we all were super hungry and being vegan/vegetarians and with no energy to cook, we came here after reading the reviews. 1st off thank you to all the folks who did review this place for their vegan food. 2nd the place it self really does have very yummy food. The people working here are the kindest and sweetest people we have met. They told us about the menu, we ordered Tom yum soup, Bao buns, bowls, and dhal. Given we are Indians my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised on how authentic it tasted. Every time was delicious and our kids devoured every morsel. We ordered pudding at the end which too was amazing. My younger one talked about ice cream and the kind lady who was helping us suggest a small ice cream place called Jadranska(I have my review about it too). In short if you are vegan (or a vegetarian) (for meat eater they have meat dishes too) please do a favor and visit this place. I was suspicious about the rating but it's honestly a 5/5 place. First of all, the Angry Chef is joined with pub next door so you can have a beer and a dish together. The pub is a lovely place with a few friendly and polite dogs, big tables and board games to be played. The food is ridiculously delicious especially for that price, I highly recommend the ribs - they are extra tender, very tasty and served with a lot of rice and kimchi. We were intrigued by the fact that the place had 5 stars from 254 reviews. We were in the mood for something good. Upon arrival, the staff beautifully explained what they had on offer and described the ingredients. I ordered the beef bowl, and it was amazing—full of flavors and everything well-balanced.
