A wonderful little place right on the water that's been family-operated for over 40 years. It's one of the very few non-touristy, non-snobby places found in Pirano. After a number of very disappointing meals in Pirano, it was a breath of fresh air.
We had the mixed grilled plate, featuring perfectly cooked, incredibly seasoned grilled bass and bream, with a side of some of the best home fries I've had anywhere. The food is home-cooked, always-fresh fish that they get from a local Pirano fisherman twice a week. The parents work as the chefs and the son and the rest of the family work the floor. Honest prices for the quality of the catch.

The food was very ordinary and some dishes were very overpriced. The waiter was rude. The cheese platter was 5 pieces of white cheese on a plate for 11€ - I mean make an effort! A little more care and the place could be okayish. But one or two.of the price to portion ratios were insulting
