Dałem 1 gwiazdkę bo nie można dać 0.5. To zaden hostel z 2 gwiazdkami - załączam zdjęcie ich drzwi z 1 gwiazdką. Myślałem że nic już mnie nie zdziwi. A jednak..Popękane ściany, odrapane drzwi, stare materace, kompletnie inne od tych zamieszczonych na zdjęciach. Po pierwszym rzucie oka- zamarliśmy. Ogólnie dość przygnębiający obraz pokoju, cały hostel wymagający bardzo dogłębnego remontu, dramatycznie wysokie temperatury w pokoju (brak klimatyzacji)- otwarcie okna nie pomaga ani o włos. W tym miasteczku jest także osobny Hostel Pirano i Hotel Piran (ten ma 3 gwiazdki), co pogłębia chaos wśród wyszukujących opinii o tym miejscu. Cena nie za wysoka (380E za 4 noclegi - ale nie poinformowano nas o dodatku klimatycznym), czyste łazienki i akceptowalne zachowanie obsługi, nie kompensują mizerii tego miejsca. Zasługuje max na 1 gwiazdkę. Nie polecam!!

Ho dato 1 stella perché non puoi dare 0,5. Questo non è un ostello a 2 stelle - allego una foto della loro porta con 1 stella. Pensavo che niente mi avrebbe più sorpreso. Eppure... muri screpolati, porte squallide, vecchi materassi, completamente diversi da quelli mostrati nelle foto. Dopo il primo lancio, ci siamo congelati. Nel complesso, un'immagine piuttosto deprimente della stanza, l'intero ostello necessita di una ristrutturazione molto approfondita, temperature drammaticamente elevate nella stanza (senza aria condizionata) - aprire la finestra non aiuta un pelo. In questa città c'è anche un Ostello Pirano separato e Hotel Pirano (questo ha 3 stelle), che approfondisce il caos tra le persone in cerca di opinioni su questo posto. Il prezzo non è troppo alto (380E per 4 notti - ma non siamo stati informati del supplemento per il clima), i bagni puliti e il comportamento accettabile del personale non compensano la miseria di questo posto. Merita massimo 1 stella. non lo consiglio!!

I gave 1 star because you can't rate it for 0.5. This is no 2 star hostel - I am attaching a photo of their door with 1 star on it!!. I thought nothing would surprise me anymore. And yet ... cracked walls, shabby doors, old mattresses, completely different from those shown in the photos. After the first throw, we froze. Overall, a rather depressing picture of the room, the entire hostel in need of a very thorough renovation, dramatically high temperatures in the room (no air conditioning) - opening the window does not help at all. In this town there is also a separate Hostel Pirano and Hotel Piran (this one has 3 stars), which deepens the chaos among people searching for opinions about this place. The price is not too high (380E for 4 nights - but we were not informed about the climate fee), clean bathrooms and acceptable behavior of the staff do not compensate for the general misery of this place. Deserves max 1 star!! Max!! I do recommend to keep as far as possible from this place.

Ich habe 1 Stern gegeben, weil kann man nicht 0,5 geben!! Dies ist kein 2-Sterne-Hostel - ich füge ein Foto ihrer Tür mit 1 Stern darauf bei !!. Ich dachte, mich würde nichts mehr überraschen. Und doch ... rissige Wände, schäbige Türen, alte Matratzen, ganz anders als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Nach dem ersten Wurf erstarrten wir. Insgesamt ein eher deprimierendes Bild des Zimmers, das gesamte Hostel sehr gründlich renovierungsbedürftig, dramatisch hohe Temperaturen im Zimmer (keine Klimaanlage) - das Öffnen des Fensters hilft überhaupt nicht. In dieser Stadt gibt es auch ein separates Hostel Pirano und ein Hotel Piran (dieses hat 3 Sterne), was das Chaos unter den Leuten vertieft, die nach Opinien über diesen Ort suchen. Der Preis ist nicht zu hoch (380 E für 4 Nächte - aber wir wurden nicht über die Klimagebühr informiert), saubere Badezimmer und akzeptables Verhalten des Personals entschädigen aber nicht für die allgemeine Misere dieses Ortes. Verdient höchstens 1 Stern!! Maximal!! Ich empfehle, sich so weit wie möglich von diesem Ort...

This hotel has a wonderful location and is one of those hotels that if you want to have a memorable experience, stay in one of the more expensive rooms. We were there for 3 nights and I booked one of the suites. It was fabulous. It was room 126, had a living room, large bedroom, good size bathroom, and a HUGE deck with a unbelievable view of the sea. It was very clean, updated furnishings and very comfortable. I wasn't too impressed with the breakfast room as it seemed crowded and the view was better off our deck. We ate in the restaurant at the hotel one night and the food was pretty good. ||We also prebooked parking at the hotel which is a must. They only have about 6 spaces, but it is right across from the front of the hotel and I think it cost us 3-5 Euros a night. There is basically no parking in Piran except at public lots which are quite a distance from the hotel. ||Piran is a good place to have has a base. We spent one day and went to the Postojma Caves which were incredible. The Predjama Castle was also worth seeing. Portorosa was a nearby town that was a great beach town with bigger fancier hotels, but we preferred staying in Piran. Restaurants in Portorosa were better, however.||We would definitely stay at the Hotel Piran again if we could get...

Hotel Piran is in the best location. It's hotel is right on the sea front and in walking distance of the main attractions. ||||The hotel staff were helpful. We were first given a smokey room, but went down to change, no hassles at all. ||||Room||We were rather disappointed with the room as it wasn't a seaview but a back alley view. Which wasn't so bad considering we weren't there for most of the time. ||||The air con didn't work during one night. Luckily it had been raining that hot summers night.||||Can be noisey at night but it doesn't go on distrub the sleep.||||Bathroom||Very outdated. Dark and only had a shower. But clean.||||Breakfast room||Very small and by 9am, you'll be fighting for space. We were lucky to be sitting on the outdoor balcony (which only had 3 tables). Fantasic views of the sea.||The food was ok - Bread, croissants, cheese, salami, scramble egs, youghurt, fruit, juice, tea, coffee etc.||||Overall. ||A little disapointed. Abit too pricey for what we were getting. But having said that, I would go back and stay there because of the location and helpful staff.
