Limnos Bakers Edward Street — Restaurant in Bellville

I just popped in to Limnos and the service was not great. I think their staff needs some training.

They had three obviously different baklavas in different shapes. When I asked the server what the difference was she told me they were the same only the shape was different. I insisted that that could not be the case, eventually another server came by and I asked her and she said that the nuts were different in each.

I also ordered a flat white to go (a coffee). The milk was untextured and with no micro bubbles. It was also scolding hot.... undrinkable....with the distinct burnt taste. This is indicative of lack of training of their Barista.

A most disappointing experience for such a well established institution.

Hope they get it...

Annoying waiter (male) made our orders very difficult to be done😤 First denied to order our side plate ( bacon and sausage for my little girl) because we didn't order the main meal yet, but we had just started our orders 😤 . Didn't understand anything and didn't know how to explain anything to the customers. He said to me that he could not sell me a slice of cheese cake because the restaurant ran out of serviettes 🤔😮‍💨 He is so negative! Limnos service in CW is way much better then Belville. He needs to be better trained for sure. I LOVE Limnos bakery, for me is the best bakery in CT. The place that I always think of when I have to order a birthday cake. Unfortunately, today wasn't a good experience there due...

What lovely pastries. Completely overshadowed by the absolute lack of care and customer service. Burnt coffee - horrific and bitter. Asked what is a red cappuccino as we had never heard of it before. The server informed us that it is red espresso. I asked what is red espresso only to be told it is red beans. Upon arrival, rooibos tea. Didn't feel like a cup of tea but informed the manager on the way out. The server arrived and started shouting at us saying that he did explain it. After not greeting, just plopping the plates and coffees down, then proceeding to tell us off, not professional at all. Which is what I told him upon walking...
