Price difference between drive through and in store. My son could not use the restroom as the floor was sopping and it was a mess, he is only three years old. The rubbish bins where overflowing and not clean. The previous time I went there my order was not complete and I didn't complain about it, but this experience pushed me over the edge. Won't be visiting again. Maybe it's time to change the slogan: I'm Not Loving It

it's fantastic extremely fast service and also very friendly staff when I was there the place was very tidy and neat food is great and the seating is comfortable they also now have touch-screen machines so that customers don't have to stand in a row the self service is also very very user friendly and easy to use

I am done with this store! For at least 15 years, they cannot get it right. There are always something wrong.

  1. Cold chips.
  2. Chips without salt and cold.
  3. Soda without CO2 gas.
  4. Soda without gas, and with ice when we specifically asked without ice.
  5. Soda without flavour, serving soda water....
  6. Children gets a jalapeño chilly sauce with their food, with the sweet and sour option seldom/never available. Even after asking for sweet and sour sauce we still get jalapeño sauce.
  7. Asked for a 2 cheese burger meal. I got 1 double cheese burger.
  8. Mcfeast burger, no mayo and very little barbecue sauce. On a differnent occasion, they added more sauce than anything else. No consistency.
  9. Cold burgers, prepared hours in advance.

The list is endless.

Terrible! Poor!

THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG!!! They never in at least 15 years visiting got it right....

I'm always like super happy @Mcdees and I've always like your friendly service... but on Sunday... my R20 fell out and one of the customers gave it to someone at the till.. (a cashier) and the friendly lady that was at the door somehow ask me if I got my change and we checked on the slip and in my pocket was only the R15. something so she's like one of the customers picked your r20 up and gave it to the a cashier or who ever.. so she went to them to tell them... and they were like no they are not going to give it back, cause how do they know its mine!.. And I was like.. here's the slip and here's the change, cause I left something there the front.. and she came to gove it to me.. anyw I said to her before they said they nit going to give it back.. I like told her she can keep it for her.. Never the less.. I know its only a r20 but for some of us that money can go for 2...

Pay for 2 Large Big Mac meals, you say no ice in cool drink they give you ice, the burger all lettice dry pattie and bun, what happend with the lekka Big Mac with the sauce!!? Please dont adv no more. Lyk leka op die tv, maar wat jy kry??????? Dit is al wat ek nog eet by MC, het alles anders op gehou eet oor wat jy bestel en wat jy kry is nie die selfde nie. Believe me not the 1st, 2,3,4,5th time in Paarl. You order nuggets, they ask you what flavour dip, you say sweet and sour, only when you get home you will see it is Chilli! ( If I want to eat it, I will order it so!!!) Say R150, the burger still same size, only chips and drink is a Large. Phone me back please if there is some1, I live in Paarl. No one answers the phone. Covid i know, respect for the people still working, and please atleast they still have work, Paarl MC spoild...
