We decided to try breakfast at Suzanne since we have been there before for pizza and it was a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, we were utterly disappointed with their service. When we arrived, we asked if we could sit at a specific table and the barman advised that a waiter would assist us shortly. We ended up waiting over 10 minutes and not one waiter in sight. My husband went to fetch a menu, only then for a waiter to attend to us. Their excuse was that they didn’t see us, which made no change in their quality of service after that. Our drinks were finished before the breakfast came and only half way our meal, were we able to ask for another drink. The water ended up coming the same time as the bill. The service at the place was ridiculous my nephew waited 40 mins for a waffle that was tiny the menu lacks vegetarian options for my uncle and they wasn’t willing to make something I had to ask for a margherita pizza with vegetable toppings. We was not greeted by servers when we arrived by the time my nephews waffle arrived we had finished eating as shown in the photo he waited so long for such a small waffle with only a sprinkle of chocolate and vanilla ice cream when the menu said chocolate they waitress didn’t apologise or offer any sort of remedy for the terrible service.
