Amazing experience, the location of this Mugg & Bean is perfect for a small intimate breakfast experience, was greeted by Management and all the staff as you enter the restaurant. We were offered more than 3 different seating options, which all were comfortable and had amazing views of the surroundings. Our waitress Spelile was amazing with sharing all the available meal options and coffee options. The food was fresh and coffee was extremely tasteful. The manager had asked serval times if we are enjoying our stay and the food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting enjoy a family breakfast and coffee with a real intimate experience with great fresh food. Thank you Mugg & Bean

They should specify to notify customers about their limited seating area we called in advance and it was full luckily a gentleman left as we were about to leave , the waiter was pleasant Food 10/10 it was very cold in side the restaurant too. There was a lady with a short blonde bob not sure if she was the manager who checked up on our table and brought our coffee to our table while the waiter was busy which made up for the lack of enthusiasm we received from our waiter

It was so cold and a very cold wind here in durbanville today. I stopped off at Mugg and Bean in durbanville and decided to have biltong and blue cheese soup with rye toast. A perfect day for it. It was absolutely delicious and warmed me up. Compliments to the chef. Got fantastic service from Dollie my waitress. She made sure that my soup was nice and hot. First time for me at this branch. Staff and manager were friendly and kind. Definitely will be back again soon.

I am sorry to be giving this review but breakfast here today was such a disappointment Cold food all round and ice cold eggs and really I can make a much nicer egg at home. Coffee was cold as well. Service was a bit slow and shabby. We had to look and call for our waitress most of the time in this small venue. Then product was not available. No ice tea. For the price one pays one would expect a better quality and standard of breakfast. So thus my disappointment. One last thing the manager never attended to our table once but I saw her going to other tables, even after I returned my one egg as it was not...

Where do you still get a restauranter going out of her way??? Well, let me tell you.... Mugg & Bean DURBANVILLE. We went for soup yesterday, cold rainy winters day in Durbanville. I have to say, Mugg & Bean Durbanville - Palm Grove center, have 4 options on their soup menu where the others close by only offers 1 or 2 max. The presentation was great, soup was so nice and thick and tasty (I'm going back to try the rest), service was friendly and the follow up was great. 5 Stars from me. I can honestly say, if you want soup - Mugg & Bean DURBANVILLE must be on your speed dial...... enjoy - We...
