Debonairs Pizza Baywest Mall — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Ordered here twice. Both times, I ordered the new double stack cream cheese pizza and added extra 1 cheese. Ate it while it was hot. Both times pizza had almost no cheese on but that's not why I'm complaining. I paid 120r with the extra cheese, however, the cream cheese on the inside was all dried up and hard. Again, as I said I ate it maybe within 15 minutes of buying it. While eating, I tried to lay a complaint. That's how bad it was. Both times. I'd rather drive 5km further to get something worth it.

My suggestion would be to take the pizza off the menu if it comes out all dry and hard.

Then again, I would praise Hunter's Retreat Debonairs if I was you. Please send your staff from Baywest to Hunter's Retreat (nearby), so the staff there can be trained like them. I ordered with Hunter's Retreat and never will again go to other debonairs. I also told them about my horrible experience. They make the best pizza in my opinion. I bought a 4 cheese pizza for my 7 year old on Monday the 15th of July 2024.
