Fishaways Baywest — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Service very disappointing.... I often experience bad service at Baywest. If I order any of the promotional deals I don't get catch-up seeing that food is on promotion. Wednesday I went there to order food that was advertised on Facebook page got no salt or catch-up. Today went I went I asked for the same promo ... was told I can only order after 12:00 I told the lady that I order 11:00 on wednesday, no problem ... she said they were not supposed to help me ... I showed her the Facebook Add, there's no time mentioned , she said she will help me, but cannot help again, I asked her if I could get catchup with my food, She advised me, because its on promo I can't get catchup, seriously???? I ordered 2x Baby Hake and Chips specials and when I collected the food was told that the fish was under size which was the reason why we got 2x pieces in each special, undersize is an understatement, it's disgusting how small the pieces of fish actually are, surely this cannot be legal, surely there is a minimum size limit when fish is caught. FishAways should be disgusted with themselves as they are not helping the environment. Terrible is an understatement!!!

Staff and managment poorly trained Bought a meal only to find the fish half raw ,took it back for a refund or replacement and the Manager point blank refused ,insisting the meal must be returned in full for a replacement, which means u must go through your meal before you eat it because you can not trust that they will provide you with a perfectly cooked meal I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE STAY FAR AWAY UNTI THEY CAN BE TRAINED IN SERVING FOOD AND...
