Firstly they Royally messed up a chocolate frio making it taste like chocolate seeded dish water then when we asked to fix it they some how made it worse to a point it was so revolting that we had to throw it away, then secondly they have extremely bad customer service and it was honestly a terrible experience especially since they will ignore you even if you stand there for 10 minutes so I highly don't request this I say you go...

Worst service delivery ever. Asked the waiter for a muffin and hot chocolate but she just looked at us and continue to talk to her co worker. We then left vida e café. This place don't know what the Batopele Principals are. My wife and I was the only customers in the place. Bad bad bad worst experience ever. Will never go there again. This place service is BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD!!!!!!!! Your workers needs...

I went there in Tuesday wanting coffee. I stood at the counter waiting for service, I had limited time. All 4 staff were in the kitchen and ignored me. I went around to the coffee machine that they could see me and called them. They didn't even seem to hear me. I work in the mall, and can't believe the appalling service they're giving...
