Where to start

When we arrived the staff were friendly and nice and we ordered food and drinks and everything was good.

Drinks came out and they were lovely but after about almost an hour of waiting since we had ordered our food it did come out, note they were not busy and you could see the kitchen was slow .

So note during this time of waiting no waitress came up to us to say are we ok and our food was on its way ....they were just standing by the entrance till point talking to each other and no once did they go to check how long the food would be ....only when the bell rang did they go to the back.

Now I all good for waiting for food I understand sometimes it takes time but almost an hour is pushing it and the order was wrong ....

We asked for salad 🥗 no chips and my wife's have a salad 🥗 had no tomatoes plus her steak 🥩 was well done when we asked for medium.

The waitress said no my salad 🥗 Is on the way but I heard them ask the kitchen staff where's my salad 🥗 and they said what salad 🥗 so clearly they had got the order wrong. They did make me one quickly , also as I was having the big dad the waitress never asked how I want my steak my wife steak 🥩 was too tough and to cooked. I sure the food tasted nice but it's just not what we order plus her veg was not veg but salad 🥗 to as she order salad and veg for the side.

Unfortunately we left our plates as waiting nearly an hour just to have the wrong order we were fed up...if it was not an hour but still it was not what we ordered, so we just paid for drinks and left..

The staff didn't care about the mistakes no apologies for the delay or wrong order.

It's a shame as the start was good with the drinks but as said I'm sure the food was nice but it's not what we ordered plus the long wait when they were not busy,. plenty of other food places...

Do not go to this place with a baby or toddler. I asked the waitress before I entered whether they had a feeding chair I was told that they would fetch one from their other store as the one they had was in use . I again asked if they are sure as I dont mind going to another place she assured me that the feedong chair will be brought over asap. Had to move the tables and chairs out of my way as I was taken to my table in the far corner Sat down for probably 20min before someone took my order. I again asked about the feeding chair as baby was on my lap again said that they have gone to fetch it. My order came and still no feeding chair. Behind me a family just came in with a little one and the feeding chair that I had waited for over half an hour was handed to them. Very upset I paod and left. I will never go there again and would not recommend anyone with a baby...

The iced coffee i ordered wasnt of the norm. It came with ice cubes in the coffee. Yes i know that can happen but the menu says blended. Hence i was looking forward towards a nice ice coffee. In the background you can hear the ladies talk sayings its my fault i ordered it wrong.

Well waiting for the food. The ladies start cleaning and having to lift our feet so they can sweep around us.

We sitting next to the cake turnstile and it sounds like a slaughter house. You can see the cake boards and they dirty.its so off putting.

Any ways 45 mins later with just the 2 of us being the only people in the restaurant our food finally arrived. We ordered the burger option. Not that the lady asked but i usually eat chicken burgers. But tonight im eating beef.
