I love this place and I never complain but today I was extremely disappointed. I have never waited an hour and forty-five minutes for an order ever. I have been to this branch multiple time, even on busy days but it has never been this bad. Many things could've been avoided.i was told the waiting time is 40 mins and I did not mind that. I ordered one thin and one thick base pizza(s), turned out the thick base was taking too long but instead of communicating this with us (the customers that had already bought their pizzas) they just told new customers they only have thin base. Now imagine our surprise when people that arrived after us got their orders first. After waiting a while we were finally told about the thick base issue and many opted to switch to thin base. I then asked a staff member if they can check if the pie I ordered was being made (so that by the time the pizzas are done the pie would be done as well, and at this point I didn't care if it would cold because it had been over an hour), she hadn't checked so the whole order was waiting on the pie. I spent exactly 1hr and 45mins waiting. And ended up getting a thick base pizza🤦🏾♀️. Gave it 2 Stars because I really like this branch, people are friendly and helpful and the pizzas are always good but today was a bad day. They need a better work system for days like payday.

The above happened 2 months ago, I have since been back many times for 3 reasons.
1 ) DANIEL, this man is a GEM to your business. He treat people with dignity, respect and friendship. I literally am part of the family at this branch now. The other staff have followed suit and have created a friendship with me.
food quality. Your food is amazing. If you as a customer just take a few min and make sure the order goes in correctly you’re golden.
pricing, your pricing is reasonable for a quick meal.
With all this being said and the full details above from first interaction 👆 I urge you to PLEASE MAKE SURE UBER EATS waits its turn and doesn’t get all the food after others have ordered +~ 40min before them. My diagnostics to this matter is uber eats is your issue. I leave this to further diagnoses from your internal company structures. I called in and placed a call and collect, I was told by Sinethemba (who happens to be the manager) that my order would take 40minutes to prepare, after 40minutes I arrived and introduced myself and paid for my order which took Chanell behind the counter more than 4 times to pick up the correct order. I then waited another 40minutes before questioning their service, no one could answer as to why my call and collect order was not yet ready.. Plase keep in mind that my kids was with me and very hungry if I might add... After an hour went by and I aprouched the counter again only to find out that my order has been ready for the past 15 minutes... Oh oops they thought it was someone else's order...
