The Thursday special specifically mentions a no sugar coldrink as the beverage option. After waiting 15minutes for our meal, we were told that there were no sugar free drinks. As a diabetic I do not have the option of accepting a low sugar option. The managers best solution was to refund the entire order. Not a great solution as my sugar levels were already starting to drop. Surely she could have got a sugar free drink from the shop next door or refund us the value of a sugar free drink while still providing the meal.
