Burger King Castle Gate Erasmus Park (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in Erasmus Park

Place order at drive thru, now the lady was fighting thru the noice of the rest of the staff in the background making jokes and noice. After this was told to park and wait. 20minutes later i got the wrong order, 5 minutes later they sorted out the order but forgot some items. 5 minutes later missing items were added but found they missed/ didnt ring up one of the burgers, this is probabily because the teller could hear me because of the noice. Place the order waited 15minutes parked again. Finally now i have all my food. 45mintues later i received everything i ordered. For a new store this is seriously disapointing and we gave it the benefit of the doubt after reading all the negative reviews after just a few weeks. Wont be going back soon especially if in a hurry or if i want warm food. Sorry guys you dropped the ball

Utter disgusting experience!!!!! Do the area a favour and CLOSE! There have been MASIVE negative experiences, yet you put effort into making it worse! NO pro active communucation. You only find the Drive Through to be closed after entering the road, having to try and miss the crates in the road.No menues or explanation why not, only to be pointed to cardboard "menus" at the back of the ordering area! Orders taken by hand, causing CHAOS! And then.....o sorreeeee we only serve Burgers because stuff is broken......

CLOSE THE SHOP!!!!!!! You are ripping apart an International Brand with constant incompatence. Its actually a shame.....

And this comment is on behalf of myself and a car full of teanagers who imediately shared their exlerience with their friends and the surroundung schools. Bot that you give a SSSSSSS....its obvious that you are so used to bad public comments that you "cut and paste" a patronising...

Came directly from gym and decided to stop at Burger King (approximately 18:20). Ordered 2 × medium cheese whopper meals. The order was ready within 4 minutes. Fine. Chips were hot, but a very small portion. Sadly, the burgers were ice cold. It was as though they were standing on the counter for at least half an hour. We finished our meals, because I don't want to have food wasted. When I spoke to the manager about it, the excuse was that "the stove plate might be too cold." How a patty could be grilled on a cold plate is beyond me, so I regard that as utter nonsense. The patty, if it came off a hot grill, should warm the other burger ingredients. It didn't. The gherkin and tomatoe slices were as cold as though they were directly from a fridge. The quality as well as management's attitude makes me wonder about future support for BK and especially...
