Coyote Creek Spur — Restaurant in Erasmus Park

This spur is well located and has a great atmosphere with places to sit outside in the open air and relaxing. Unfortunately, the service we received is among the worst I have experienced from any Spur yet. I graciously give 3 stars because the manager had a good attitude. Firstly, they took almost 40 minutes to serve our food and then didn't serve the onion rings with it, but mentioned that they would bring it. One of the plates was also dirty.

Then, after a while, we asked for it from 2 different people, and eventually, it was served. My food was hardly warm and really average. There were furthermore long periods of time that there was no one of the staff in the area we were seated at to get service from. One man at a table in front of us was completely ignored, not attended to at all. He had to get up several times and look for someone to assist him.

Lastly, they got the bill wrong twice before we paid and left. It was a bit frustrating, and it is a pity as it can be a very nice Spur. I truly hope they can sort out the issues...

I can understand why the Coyote Creek Spur Restaurant, located in the Castle Gate Shopping Centre is so popular... Not only is this venue in a great location within the Mall, but diners, in my view, are afforded a level of service that is hard to come by. No request, in my experience, is unreasonable to the Waiters and Waitrons here, and service with a smile appears to be the norm. Even Management/ Supervisors drop in at ones table to check on ones dining comfort. This venue boasts several indoor and outdoor dining areas with pleasant decor. Bathrooms are exceptionally well-appointed and maintained. Also, it offers easy access for persons with mobility challenges, is quite wheelchair friendly, and reserved parking spaces are to be found just metres away at the rear parking lot. This venue, like other Spur restaurants, has its own kiddies' play area, in addition to the common mall play equipment set up in the garden out front. A highly recommended...

Walked into this busy, crowded Spur round 13h00, and was lucky to get seated immediately..

Great kind service from "SISI" waiter #28/our table #30...

This SPUR was pumping with people seated and coming in/and leaving with full tummies. The venue too was rocking with birthday vibes at a few tables

SPUR food stays the same, fresh, good portions, good flavour Staff always friendly, Spur's are always clean..

A special "Shout out" too, to Store Manager "RELAX" for amazing 1-1 client facing hello and special attention to what we ordered from the "Seniors Menu"
