Spent five days here and was really impressed with the service delivery. Clean rooms, with all the comforts needed away from home, whilst attending to a family member in the Mediclinic hospital, right across the road. Voice's Ecco through the building so you hear the people talking etc. You can hear when people flush toilet/use shower. The bed doesn't have a base it is a wooden box and is standing a bit out. Staff was excellent and professional upon arrival, made it very easy for a check in after a long trip. But would never stay here again, aircon’s in the room does not even work. Left the hotel 2 o clock in the morning as the room was to hot to stay in. Wanted to shower in the morning, not even water to have an shower in the morning. Had a terrible stay.
