Bismillah Restaurant-B1 — Restaurant in Gauteng

Disgusting service from the waiters who think they doing us a favor. Their attitude is pathetic. We've supported this restuarant for many years and today they have lost all respect and lost us as customers. They have no way of speaking to customers. The waiter who claimed to be " the owner " put our take way in one container. Really!!!!who does that???? 2 separate orders, 2 separate people but he puts our left over food in one container. Says we were supposed to tell him to pack it separately. Really????? And then says if we dont want the food that we can leave it. The restaurant wasn't even busy. None of them bothered to ask us if our food was ok or if we wanted to order something to drink. They were all busy on their phones. Not even an apology. They take arrogance to another level. Never going back...

Worst ever restaurant experience.😡😡 when we opened our menu’s cockroaches fell out and on our table about 6 of them 🤢🤮and then there was such a strong stinky smell we couldn't even breathe. We then moved to another table closer to the door, but the service was bad too., we didn’t get our drinks till after we ate and then we had to ask about it. When the milkshakes finally reached us it was hot and watery. After leaving the restaurant we all got home to find ourselves in severe stomach pain and diarrhea. This place is a health concern for anyone. Please stay far from dinning with them. I wouldn’t even take food from them again even if it was...

First of all I asked for a chicken sizzler and they gave me a chicken curry. The curry had a stale chicken and had an awful taste.

Instead of acknowledging their mistake they were so rude. I took this issue up at their counter and their staff was questioning me back.Such an ill mannered staff and very impolite. There are like five people standing by the counter and all attacked me saying that this is it, if you want it you have it or else go. Didn’t even refund the money that I owed.

People go there due to the brands name but not at all up to the standards. Bad staff and worst food.
