Bootlegger Bedford Centre — Restaurant in Gauteng

Not the best Bootleggers I’ve been to. The service isn’t great. I’m not sure if the view of the kitchen is ideal as you are able to see the waiters and chefs eating their breakfast or lunch amongst the dishes in the kitchen. The food is okay, not the best, when compared to other Bootleggers. The service isn’t great as a different waiter was at our table each time and we are not too sure who got the tip in end. I am aware that this Bootleggers is somewhat new and I hope that they are able to meet the standards shown at other Bootleggers restaurants. I’m living in London where my partner is currently living in Joburg. I ordered her a few items - egg and bacon roll, flat white, cookie and muffin. I received a phone call from a staff member named Michelle who was very kind, welcoming and lovely. She had to explain a certain type of muffin was not available and asked how I would like to replace it. We had a lovely conversation and there were no issues, she handled it so well.
