I would give zero stars if it was available. I've been here a quite a lot this year but the service this past month has been nothing short of terrible. The ice cream machine was "being cleaned" for the last 4 weeks now. On top of that, the service we received was extremely poor. We ordered the mix and match at the drive-thru and they got our order wrong. Gave us the wrong burger and the wrong coldrink. When we politely told the guy at the next window that they got it wrong he proceeded to get it wrong a further 2 times because he didn't listen properly every time we tried to explain. We were naturally annoyed by this point and top of that we had to ask for straws and sauce and he didn't give us serviettes either. Every single time I use this Burger King drive-thru, I end up waiting far too long, never less than 15-40 minutes, even on quiet nights. Tonight was no different. With only one car ahead of me, I placed my order and waited 5 minutes just to reach the collection window. Then, instead of being given my food, I was told to reverse behind a black pole near the window (clearly so the timer doesn’t reflect the actual wait time). After that, I had to wait another 13 minutes for a simple double Whopper meal with 2 shakes.

This practice happens every single visit and makes the drive-thru the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I strongly urge the regional manager to investigate why this location is consistently so slow and why customers are being asked to move back just to manipulate the service times.
