Fishaways Comaro Crossing — Restaurant in Gauteng

I love fishaways with hake burger being my favorite I was so disappointed today I was served burnt fish, I don't get why it was still placed though it was burnt,it literally left a sour taste in my mouth, I ordered hake burger with tarter sauce only gosh the sloppy sauce all over it's like I was being punished for asking for 1 sauce instead of 100 island which makes me sick, I am really disappointed in Comaro crossings fishaways, the cashier and cook looked new got my order wrong several times but I was patient and explained what I wanted, but the burnt fish jo awa guys please train ur ppl before they serve us, not happy, unfortunately was too hungry I didnt even take a pic and to go back to the store would've been a waste of my petrol, never buying there...

I rushed to arrive at 16hrs50, then spent thirteen agonizing minutes to have my order taken. My solitary self stood at the till whilst the person at the till ignored my existence. I essayed submitting my order via the auto-service machine but that was out-of-order (excuse the pun). So, I stood patiently to be served but had to speak before being attended to. Thereafter, it was another twenty minute wait for a projected preparation time of eight minutes! And, all this whilst witnessing a sweeper try to sweep a wet kitchen floor-that should whet your appetite! To exacerbate the situation, the food wasn't great. Next time rather grab fresh fish from the adjacent seafood store-a lot cheaper, might not take much more time to prepare it yourself...

Overpriced ,Underwhelming and Undercooked

I placed my order around 18:00 I called the restaurant like a maniac and only now 3 hours later my food is delivered and there's no apology or anything instead they kept saying they'll call me back and they kept quiet until I called them back not just once but twice. Don't let me get started on their rubbery food that I can barely chew. I just tasted their fish their calamri isn't even cooked. Their fish tastes terrible idk but i also saw a bug in the coleslaw
