If I could give 0 stars I would. That store does not even deserve one star. The service is disgustingly horrible. Today I placed an order at your Comaro crossing store and the service was so bad I had to ask for a refund. I placed an order at 18:37 and at 19:15 it's shows the order is ready on the screen but wasn't available physically for collection. When I asked about this I was told thy are still busy with the order, which does not make sense as it shows as NOW ready on their screen. I then ask for a refund and they give me refund in cash after I used my card to make a purchase ad was refused a refund slip by Sharon, saying she will process the refund later. They could also be stealing from Debonairs tills because that does not even make sense why they would delay/ refuse to process the refund. DON'T BUY THERE OR BE PREPAPRED TO SPEND HOURS WAITING FOR YOUR ORDER AND GET STINKING ATTITUDE...

Today i have no choice but to change my review and rating. What a disappointment! after placing an online order, paid online, and patiently waiting for an hour, we called the store (debonairs oakdene) to follow up and were told that the order was on its way. We waited a further 15mins and called again this time we were told that the order was still at the store, to which my response was that i would collect it myself. When i get to the store and showed the staff my order number i was again told that my order was on its way... it then took another 3 explanations to 3 staff memebers including the store manager (who walked away and never came back) and another 15 mins for the staff to find my order that was on the collection rack the entire time. Today I had the unpleasant experience, at Debonairs Comaro Crossing, of having chicken on my vegetarian pizza. Ordered as a vegetarian pizza, I am vegetarian, and yet still they managed to put chicken on my vegetarian pizza. Chicken.

The worst part is since I haven't tasted chicken in half a decade, I hadn't realised until after I ate the pizza. Imagine if I had an allergy, who would be liable?

I wish I could say I am surprised but I am not. This past year the cooks have failed time and time again to put all the required ingredients on my pizza order. I order the same thing each time, Original Veg. Every time, the cooks need to be reminded to put chives on the pizza. A pizza I paid for.

Today I have been deeply disrespected by this particular branch and will no longer be...
