Festival Mall Debonairs - bought a triple decker & waited patiently to dine and enjoy ourselves as I was craving one so badly.. I'm very disappointed at the fact that you could even see that the middle is burnt and not proper done , crust dry and hard - Management comes with the pizza to tell me it's not at all hence she could see how it looked - I got full/ lost appetite without even one bite - left it there and didn't even ask for refund as i said , what's the point of I'm showing but you still defending the fact it's not proper ... Are we supposed to dine this way ⁉️ How can one enjoy a slice of a Pizza in this manner ... 😔

First of all I had to wait 30-40 mins for my order then when I do get my order (triple decker something meaty) there was no meat inside. I am very disappointed.

Bought a pizza(Festival Mall)and told the lady who was serving me I want a specific favor(meaty)which is the only favor I eat, only to get home and get a suprise of an incorrect favor which is burnt and hard to even eat.Im really frustrated because this was suppose to be my dinner now I'm stucked with burned pizza full...
