Never in my life have I ever received such bad service. At exactly 18:00 i ordered my pizza online, and hour later I called the manager to enquire about my pizza, he told me that the drivers are on motorbikes so they will take a fairly long time to arrive but he would call the driver to check his where about and would get back to me. 30 minutes passed and he never came back to me, i called again and he said the driver hasn't been answering. The driver eventually arrived at 19:35, before paying for my food I asked to see the box, the red dot was already black and miffed wasn't hot anymore. I told him i was not going to pay for the food because the conditions do state that if the dot is black the food is free. The driver insisted I pay because if i don't then he has to. I told him I will call the office so we can make plan because I was not going to pay for the food. The driver snatched the box out of my hand, angry at the fact that i was not going to pay for the pizza and drover off.I immediately called the store and asked to speak to the manager, this is now at 19:41, the manager apologised and said he would ask him to bring it back and I told him that firstly i do not want the same pizza and secondly the same driver is not coming back to deliver the pizza. He said he will place a new order and send a new driver and that the driver would pay for the pizza that he took from me. At 20:42 i called the store to check on my order as it had not arrived, the lady told me that they are really busy and that the order would take about 45 mins to an hour, bare in mind i have already waited an hour. At 21:24 I find myself still waiting for my order, i make the call again to the store only to find now that its closed. Never ever in my life have I received that crappiest of services. i waiting for a real deal triple decker for almost close to 4 hours. Despite its prime location in comparison to other areas in Johannesburg, it's been an agonizing 1 hour and 40 minutes since placing an order, only to have it never arrive and the shop close for the night. Numerous attempts to contact them were met with silence, and the site's location tracking proved unreliable. It's disheartening to reflect on the past 7 years and see no improvement.
