Fishaways — Restaurant in Gauteng

Terrible experience, I placed an order on the Fishaways app, not a difficult one. Just two hake hot boxes and chips. We wait for 1h 10min with no update or communication, and when the food arrived, we find they got the order wrong. I live 5-7min from said Fishaways so there is no reason for it to take that long, and then the order is wrong. I phoned and complained and they said they will send another over, but my partner had to eat her food without me while I waited another 20min for my one to arrive. 1h 30min for a fast food restaurant 5min away and a terrible dining experience. I would have ordered from somewhere else if I knew they could stuff up a simple order to such a colossal degree. Congratulations you have lost yet...

I would like to caution you on buying food from this branch, on Three occasions they sold me food that was rotten and caused some of our staff to be ill, we returned to the store to complain and the manager told us because we didn't bring the food back they cannot help us mind you we buy food from here every week 3 times a week but they couldn't care less. Their phone never goes through but they had the audacity to ask us why didn't call, we ran four workshops in different venues with different people in each space and all they could say was "No one else has complained besides you" so we will take our business elsewhere. I ordered via ubereats. All the items I ordered came cold (and also over 15 mins later than estimated) ... My small daughter and I were starving...
