Terrible experience, I placed an order on the Fishaways app, not a difficult one. Just two hake hot boxes and chips. We wait for 1h 10min with no update or communication, and when the food arrived, we find they got the order wrong. I live 5-7min from said Fishaways so there is no reason for it to take that long, and then the order is wrong. I phoned and complained and they said they will send another over, but my partner had to eat her food without me while I waited another 20min for my one to arrive. 1h 30min for a fast food restaurant 5min away and a terrible dining experience.
