I Ordered x2 Lunch specials which come with small cokes or flavor of choice. I arrive to collect order and they proceed to give me x2 Stoney's. firstly i ordered coke and don't drink Stoney. Not being forced to pay for something i don't want...... The front desk lady then says sorry that's all we have. I asked then to replace the two small Stoney's with x1 regular size coke. "Nope", she says that isn't allowed and tells me tough... I said no, then refund my money. She turns her head and clicks her tongue at me like she is doing me some sort of favor!!! Disgusting behavior!!! If it was not for the other lady popping into the stall next-door and replacing it for me, i would have completely thrown my toys out the cot!! Sort that branch out, absolutely disgusting!! Will never ever go there again and will make sure i recommend everyone i know in the area...

If I could give a zero I would. Today I Order via the app twice, money taken off my account, order not gone through to store. I call they say they will escalate, refund and call me back. No call back. Get sms refund will be made in 5 working days. I then call to place order via the phone. They say it’s placed and I will receive sms. No sms received. I call back, and they confirm order is placed. I then call almost an hour later to find out where the pizza is and am told they have no order. I then get put through one person after the next until I lose my mind and they carry on like I have done something wrong. Never again! Rather support Roman’s Pizza instead. This is the worst customer service I have...

Terrible experience. 40 Minutes after placing the order I phone them to find out where it is after which they blame me for not putting in a address. I did put in the address and assured him I did, then he promised to phone me back in two minutes. 10 minutes later I phoned again, someone else answered and they had the excuse that they did not have a driver, take not that I am paying a delivery fee to have it here on time. Then 5 minutes later the driver phones and says he is on his way, it has been 55 minutes now. 1 hour 30 minutes, still no pizza. Now I phone and get placed on hold, then diverted to a number that remains unanswered. Needless to say, I will never order...
