Can the owner please assist by addressing this issue or provide an explanation as I know I’m not the only customers that complains/ has enquired about this (and then I’ll remove the 1 star review).
I often come to the Steers to buy myself or the people that work at home a meal. We are given when 1 sachet off bbq sauce /packet of chips (no matter the size of the chips, and often it’s even less when there are multiple chips). There is no 1000 island sauce in sachets for takeaway, and we are told to pump the sauce on chips (which is ridiculous for obvious reasons. I mean, I don’t know if the people I’m ordering for want sauce or not. By the time you get home, the sauce is everywhere and everything is messy. You can only put sauce on the chips that are at the top of the packet etc.). I’ve kindly asked the staff numerous times to take this up with the manager or owner.
Today it’s the same story. I then ask the lady at the till for a small cup or a lid to put sauce into, she is keen to assist but the manager (I assume) rudely tells them and me that I must pump the sauce into the chips, “that’s how it works here!”. When I politely ask why this is the only Steers where there is never any sachets for the 1000 islands sauce or at least a small container to put the sauce in the, she (the manager I assume), she starts giving me attitude and telling me about how “all Steers have different owners” etc. I ask her to then get the message across to the owner or management, she then rudely goes on a rant as she just walks.

We ordered the Wacky Wednesday online deal for delivery, with cheesy chips + onion bits, 2 milkshakes and a caramel ice cream swirl with extra caramel sauce.
Upon arrival, our driver did not have milkshakes or ice cream. He made a trip back to fetch the items - after we pointed out the mistake. We called the store to make sure they checked the order and gave the driver all three missing items.
When he returned, he still did not have the ice cream. We called the store again and they assured us they would send the driver again instead of giving a refund.
He did not return as promised.
Upon finally getting to our cold meal, having given up on the hollow promise of getting the missing ice cream, we also realised our chips did not have cheese sauce - only onion bits. That was not what we ordered.
We are SO disappointed. We paid for items that were not provided and did not receive a refund or an apology.
We pointed out the mistake - twice! - to the driver. We called the shop directly twice as well, and got assurances from two different people.
This is truly unacceptable. Don't waste your time and money on Steers...

After multiple attempts to get through to the queries extension at Grosvenor Crossing and complaining to the Steers online service without any success we eventually got through to Grosvenor Crossing ,who after about 30 minutes explained that there our order was lost in the system and that payment would be returned after 48 Hours. I placed a new order directly with Grosvenor Crossing at 18:39. It is now 20:11 and the second order has not arrived and I am unable to get through to Grosvenor Crossing queries. I've tried to ask the operator on orders to help but she transfers me to a number that drops the call after a minute. So after 3 hrs 45 minutes, R 170 removed from my account, and I don't know how much invested in cellular calls I have nothing to show for my interaction with Steers. Perfect way to...
