Apart from being threatened by the employee, Samke—who told me she could "take this outside" and completely forgot she’s even representing KFC—I honestly have to question the type of people being hired here. Employees who clearly don’t respect the brand or live up to the standards KFC is known for.

I went to this branch simply to get food and enjoy it, but instead I left shocked and disgusted. My order took over 30 minutes, while people who came after me got their food and left. When I asked, politely, how far my order was, I was met with a dismissive “it’s coming”—but only after the lady finished chatting with her friend.

I stayed patient, but the uncertainty made me uneasy. When I asked again, in the same calm tone, I was straight up ignored—no matter how many times I tried to get her attention, she just kept shouting other orders. When I asked why she was ignoring me, reminding her that we’re all under pressure and there’s no reason to be rude, that’s when the insults and threats came flying.

Even her colleague tried to calm her down, but Samke wouldn’t stop—she went as far as flashing her badge at me while disrespecting me. I’ve honestly never seen such behavior at KFC in all the years I’ve supported your brand.

This whole experience left me frustrated, disappointed, and even fearful. It’s clear to me your management team is failing if employees like this are allowed to behave this way unchecked.

As a frequent customer of KFC, I must express my deep disappointment with the decline in quality at KFC Lister Street. Every time I purchase their food, I'm met with disappointment. Firstly, the chicken smelled and tasted like it was burned, indicating a lack of attention to frying techniques and the failure to change the oil regularly.

Their dunked wings were dry and lacked any succulence, making them almost inedible. The twister lacked sufficient sauce, leaving it bland and unappetizing. Even the lettuce in their twisters was saggy, indicating poor freshness and lack of attention to detail.

Moreover, the service is atrocious. Despite the long queues, the staff takes forever to pack the food. And when they finally do, it sits on that hot tray for what seems like an eternity, further ruining the quality. The restaurant itself is dirty, with unattended tables and a general mess that persists long after customers have finished eating.

Just want to give a shoutout to the lady by the name of Xolly she was at the till on Monday morning. I wanted ice cream and their machine wasn't working I ended up buying just coke to sit down. I finished my coke and asked Xolly if she could please add water on the remaining ice cubes that were in the cup. She added more ice and added water for me. I was so thirsty.
