Apart from being threatened by the employee, Samke—who told me she could "take this outside" and completely forgot she’s even representing KFC—I honestly have to question the type of people being hired here. Employees who clearly don’t respect the brand or live up to the standards KFC is known for.
I went to this branch simply to get food and enjoy it, but instead I left shocked and disgusted. My order took over 30 minutes, while people who came after me got their food and left. When I asked, politely, how far my order was, I was met with a dismissive “it’s coming”—but only after the lady finished chatting with her friend.
I stayed patient, but the uncertainty made me uneasy. When I asked again, in the same calm tone, I was straight up ignored—no matter how many times I tried to get her attention, she just kept shouting other orders. When I asked why she was ignoring me, reminding her that we’re all under pressure and there’s no reason to be rude, that’s when the insults and threats came flying.
Even her colleague tried to calm her down, but Samke wouldn’t stop—she went as far as flashing her badge at me while disrespecting me. I’ve honestly never seen such behavior at KFC in all the years I’ve supported your brand.
This whole experience left me frustrated, disappointed, and even fearful. It’s clear to me your management team is failing if employees like this are allowed to behave this way unchecked.
