I usually get my prawns box with a sauce per advert. Today I was told I needed to buy it. I asked the lady why I should buy it because I usually get it for free. She said to me the other fishaways are incorrect. When I told her that I bought it last week from them, she didn't say anything. When I told the lady to remove the sauce since they were telling me to buy it she said she is not allowed and went to speak to her Manager. I waited for a while to talk to the manager and he never bothered to come talk to me. I told the lady to take the sauce out or I will take it out. She then took it out. What a disappointment! This is only our second time buying from this particular store but probably our last. I ordered a variety box. The menu and the website clearly states that this meal gets a sauce of your choice. When we received our food, I asked the lady who was serving us if I can please have my sauce. She said it's not included and walked away. Her attitude was atrocious - she seemed bored and as if she is doing us a massive favour by taking our order and handing us our food. This shop is bringing down your group. Which is pityful since I used to be a big fan of your chain. Inattentive service. They have no problem leaving your order to sit there for minutes without calling you, meanwhile seated in the store.

And then they are hanging on to the tartare sauce like it's their monthly bonus. Do you guys know that we come here for flavour? I mean, your hake without tartare sauce is not...
