I recently had the pleasure of dining at George’s Grillhouse, and my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I was seated, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful evening.

What stood out most, however, was the outstanding service provided by Nicole, my waitress. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that really enhanced my meal. Nicole’s friendly demeanor, genuine smile, and professionalism created a welcoming environment that made me feel valued as a guest.

She checked in at just the right moments, ensured everything was to my liking, and went above and beyond to make the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such a personal touch, and Nicole did exactly that.

The food was delicious, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented — but it was Nicole’s performance that elevated the evening from a good dinner to a memorable experience.

I will definitely be returning to George’s Grillhouse, and I’ll be looking forward to being served by Nicole again. She is a true asset to the team and deserves to be recognized for...

We visited on a Thursday evening around 18h30, as two couples, and the restaurant was already buzzing. We were seated quickly and politely and our drinks orders were taken soon after.

The menu is very diverse so we made our own meze of rock shrimp tempura rolls, calamari tubes & baby squid heads, Cheese Croquettes and Halloumi. All the dishes arrived simultaneously and were absolutely delicious. Portions were generous making this starter almost a meal in itself.

For mains, my wife and I both had the 200g fillets cooked rare. These were perfectly cooked and Ultra tender and exceptionally tasty for fillet. I had the regular chips and my wife had sweet potato chips. We'd asked for "crispy" chips and that's exectly what we got. All the food was piping hot, served on hot plates.

For dessert we shared a Kataïfi which was a modern take on the traditional Greek dessert. It was very tasty and plenty for two.

I could only mark the restaurant down by one star for atmosphere as it is in an open area in a shopping centre with passers by. We loved this restaurant however and will...

Amazing Amazing Amazing Brilliant food and atmosphere , one of the tastiest meals I've had Will however say that ,when asked about what dip or sauce I wanted on my gyro (tzatziki ,hummus ect ) I asked if I could please have a bit of both tzatziki and hummus, I was told by the Waiter ,no only one sauce for gyro ( I would of even paid extra , but this wasnt even offered ) , so I chose hummus. When 3 beef bifteki arrived ( only the meat ) we questioned where are the chips , and was told by waiter no chips , we then had to take the menu and show the waiter that chips do however come with the meal , the chips did then arrive promptly but still, having to remind the waiter what actually comes with our meal did make us feel slightly awkward However like I said , Amazing Amazing Amazing Maybe it was a new waiter , maybe it was because it was a very busy night that hiccups do happen . Still enjoyed every bite and our group had a...

A haven for meat lovers with superior cuts on offer. Our waiter brought the chef’s cuts of the day to the table so that we could inspect. The wine list offers the currently popular middle to high end estates and the cocktails are classics. If you’re looking for consistency in service and quality then George’s is the place. I observed that many of the guests are regulars with their preferred tables. Stick to the traditional Greek desserts and sides like the roast potatoes and yoghurt cheesecake. I torture myself every time thinking that the crème brûlée 3 ways will surprise me but I’m always left a little disappointed. After 3 tries at the 3 ways it’s time to move on.

We heard good things about this restaurant, hence my wife and I decided to have lunch here. Being a restaurant in a shopping mall and in the middle of everything, it was lively and buzzing. We were seated at our table immediately upon arrival, and we got to placing the order quite quickly. The waiter explained the few dishes quite clearly, and we ordered. Food was served in due time. The quality and tastiness were average. I didn't enjoy it that much, and the chips were of poor quality. Took a chance on the ice cream+ hot chocolate sauce, and it was tasty, but not tasty enough for me to return.

I had been wanting to try out GGH for about a year. When I finally did, I wasn’t mind blown. This restaurant has a great menu, you can find anything for anyone. I like that about it. There were so many options to choose from. I had a Sunday special which was lamb and chicken, plenty of food. The chicken was just so salty! The lamb on the other hand was well seasoned, however both were very good. Also their spicy rice is tasty. Our waitress disappointed us. We felt her mood was a bit off. I also feel the restaurant is situated in an awkward place. But I guess it is a Hyde Park issue not a GGH issue.
