I have only ever gone there to the blood drive, but it is simply the best blood drive! The nurses know my family and I by our names. It's so clean, the nurses literally make you feel like you are their only priority, they make sure you've got cookies and juice and if you feel ill they immediately help you. The nurses put those needles in without you knowing. I wish I could name all of them here. They have comfy couches for the donors, the waiting area is nicely cut off from the donating area and they have free nespressos for the donors. Have visited Pronto for a meal & takeaways, very popular enjoyed everything. The Cookery is the best whether you are in a group or just with a friend. Lots of fun, many different choices of food & menus. Your foodie experience includes all the recipes of the day. Eat, drink, laugh & share all the lovely food. Highly recommended.
