We decided to do a dim sum tour. We started at Hong Kong Style Kitchen. We were not disappointed. The food was fresh, well seasoned, and hot. Some restaurants do their dim sum buffet style, so a lot of the food is cold. Here, you order off the menu, so every dish is hot and fresh. The widest variety we have seen in a long time.
