Muco Guesthouse — Hotel in Gauteng

For the 5th time this trip, plane was a hour late in leaving.When Arrived, Like most places that I have been to, 2 guys approached me for a taxi. I told them that I had a prearranged one. They then called him and he said he was on his way. They then wanted some money for helping me!!! It was a bit away from the airport and in a gated area. It was a bit cold there this time of the year so Felix(Driver) took me to a cloths store to buy a Flannel shirt. Place was HUGE. Full kitchen, large living room and bathroom. 2 pools and meeting places at office. Breakfast was homemade and had bread, cereal and bev. Felix then did my tours and I was able to charge it to my room. If you go to the road and go R to the next main street and go L. Up 2 roads and there was a gas station, Restaurants and stores. The safari that I went to was 2 hrs away but a good one!!! The heater would only go up to 30 and the fan was not strong so room was warm but...

Hi. Id like to say that Muco guest house is a fabulous place however today the 22nd of December 2022 im appalled at the service i received from a gentleman who calls himself Isiah and says he is the manager there. Iv gone online(whtsapp) to make a booking for new years eve into the new year to which i was quoted R600 by him, After confirming the quote repeatedly and agreeing to the amount and days of lodging i continue with making payment. The gentleman turns around and quotes me a different package stating that i had made an insufficient payment. I feel that i have been given misinformation for a sercice and would like to lay a formal complaint for the incompetence. Could someone either then Isiah contact me to...
