Dear Customer Service Team at KFC Rivonia,
I am expressing my disappointment with the service I recently received at KFC Rivonia.
I visited the KFC Rivonia on Sunday 2 July 2023 during the evening (9pm) . Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff appeared to be disorganized, and there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness towards customers. It took an unusually long time for my order to be taken, and even longer for it to be prepared .
Furthermore, when I finally received my order, it was not prepared correctly. The pap was terrible it looked as if it was from the previous day or rather left overs. This oversight indicates a lack of attention to detail by the staff.
I understand that mishaps can occur, but the overall experience left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. As a frequent customer of KFC, I have always enjoyed the quality of your food and service. .
I wanted to share my feedback with you in the hopes that improvements can be made to enhance the customer experience at your establishment. I believe that it is crucial for a well-known brand like KFC to maintain consistent high standards of food and service across all locations.

Read moreI have been buying from KFC since I started working at rivonia, I started experiencing bad smelling meat when I tell the manager, he used to tell me that they will fix it . Today I went again and bought streetwise pap and when I came back to complain, the manager told me to wait for the boss lady who is incharge of the managers, when she arrived I explained to her what I have been experiencing, only to find out that she has been hearing me all the time when I used to come and complain and used to keep quiet as I always come and look for the manager, she told me the two different meat that they sell and she said meaning I have been getting fresh meat that’s why am getting it like this smelling and also her does not sell fresh meat all the time when she wants to eat she will first ask if it’s frozen or fresh. To my surprise a whole manager saying that to a customer and after that she told me if I feel like what am getting is not making me happy I should stop buying meat and eat something else and I asked her what should I eat because that’s what I prefer and she said I must buy burgers instead of her coming with a situation she’s telling me where to get off. Read moreI give it to Olivia and Grace(the manager) for the awful service. I have been to the kfc multiple of time and I never received a good service or anything close to good. There is always no one in front at the till. I even opted to order at that self service machine to avoid waiting to place my order. When you try call for someone to help, they will come at their own time and very rude at that, no apology for keeping you waiting or communicating if there is a reason on why you had to wait to place an order or get your order. Today I kindly ask a lady (Grace manger: they said ) to please pass me my order as it was ready there and no one was coming to hand it over to me. She rudely responded she is busy and the person that help placed my order will hand me the order. I said to her but you passing here and my order is right there and she left me hanging . Olivia ended up giving me the order and didn't want to tell me the mangers name at first. Whats annoying is that she was digging her teeth while going to prepare my order and called me commie countless times.
