News Cafe Rivonia — Restaurant in Gauteng

I visited News Cafe rivonia on Saturday with my colleagues for a team building celebration.. It was not my 1st/2nd time coming there and we support the business exceptionally by spending over 5k.On most if our visits we are always served by our regular waitress (Zanele) charasmatic lady with excellent customer service.. The 1st group of my colleagues arrived earlier in order to get settled upon waiting for us(2nd group)... I had specifically suggested they be helped by Zanele, being our regular waitress.. We ordered the special PARKAGE of V. S COGNAC/VODKA with food platters But instead one of the waiters was sent n a wrong order of drinks was taken...upon our arrival we spotted Zanele(waitress) n placed our usual order.. Little did we know that the was a mix up, I then asked to see the Manager!!! But what we witnessed this time around was very displeasing n disgusting!!!!! The manager by the name of Bafana Is so 😫😠 rude, condescending and abrasive. He lacks courtesy and manners and his customer service is shocking. He ignored us n spoke to the waiters as though we were stupid!!!.. When our drinks arrived to the table the food platters wer not There.. My question is what happened to our food platters because we paid for them????? Is that how managers should treat customers? We are not impressed at all and will make it known to our friends, acquaintances and family that Newscafe Rivonia...
