I enjoyed the visit but unfortunately the mall is not designed properly as an enclosed mall, with shops on the outside which makes shopping a bit of a bother😞. Overall there are a variety of shops but unfortunately most of these shops are overpriced on merchandise and isn't for the majority. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at a TASTE OF INDIA🌟🥰. I recommend the CHICKEN KARAI, CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA, CHICKEN BADAMI WITH NAAN.....THE FLAVOURS ARE AWESOME AND EVERY BITE WAS JUST DIVINE. The milkshakes from ROCCO MAMAS were not up to standards unfortunately 😞....the Belgian chocolate milkshake was just an ordinary chocolate milkshake and the strawberry milkshake tasted very artificial. KFC was a disappointment as there was no ice cream or krushers on the hot scorching day. MOCHACHOS has a good variety of food as well as being HALAAL 🌟
Overall it was a quick work trip and the food at TASTE OF INDIA IS A MUST....A 9/10 (they didn't allow my...
Read moreRivonia Village is a shopping centre with a lot to offer, but it does have its quirks. While the parking situation can be a bit of a challenge and the overall layout isn't the most intuitive, the quality and variety of the shops and restaurants make it well worth the visit.
Despite the initial hassle of finding a spot, the centre is home to some great finds. From grocery stores like Checkers and Woolworths to a range of specialty shops, there's something for everyone. The true gems, however, are the unique restaurants and food spots. You'll find a fantastic mix of eateries that offer a refreshing alternative to the typical mall fare.
In short, while the parking and layout may not be ideal, the excellent selection of shops and food options at Rivonia Village more than makes up for it. If you know what you're looking for, or are willing to explore a bit, you'll be rewarded with some...
Read moreThe rudest and most terrible customer service by SHZ, the staff helping at the exit boom.
I paused at the exit boom trying to insert my parking ticket. Unfortunately, it was a bit far from the machine so I needed an assitance to help. I saw a staff standing close to the boom busily chatting on her phone. I waved to get her attention and she seemed not happy about my request. She pulled a long face as if I was disturbing. She then asked me in a very rude tone, "Why don't you greet me?"
Excuse me! Do I need to greet a staff before I get help? She is supposed to be alert on customer's situation. That's why she is working there to provide any assistance. She is far too busy in her private phone call, ignore her job duty but most unacceptably being rude to...
