Worst KFC service ever. 11/08/2024 Ordered 2 All start boxes at 16:59, waited some time for the order, got it and the fountain drinks were spilled all over the cups. Drove away, when I opened the food, everything looked stale, just unfresh - I tried the fries, (I've eaten KFC fries a day after), they weren't even that, worse. The 1 piece of meat and wings also looked like they were prepared the day before (In both the boxes/meals). Resorted to the burger (I was hungry and wanted to have something at least), NO!, the buns were hard, the lettuce was soggy, dark green and black, I wasn't going to eat all that. I returned all the food, explained to them the issue and they only wanted to change the burgers only, (That's when I should've asked for a refund, but I'm hungry okay), I had 4 people taking turns come to look at the food, and acting as if it wasn't a problem. They kept on going to the back, where they prepare food to dance and sing. 1 lady took 10 mins going up and down, and eventually spoke to the manager to sort it out, they did replace it or microwaved, I couldn't tell, and sent another light-skinned lady to say "Yoh, sorry" and it was business as usual, they went back to dance and sing. I have never experienced such. Trust me, the food was a health hazard.

With the new food they gave me, I obviously couldn't enjoy it no more, but I ate regardless. I must point out, the meat tasted like there was a washing detergent in it (Sunlight dishwashing liquid), I couldn't finish it. I'm disgusted that this is the food we receive when buying from KFC...

Not overly impressed. I used the drive through and there is a extractor fan of some sorts that blows directly into your car's window. Furthermore, it been raining and they had been stacking the product selection posters in the light boxes which, because they got wet showed the images and prices of all the stacked posters on top of each other making it impossible to identify which is which.

Update 7 August 2018 Clearly nothing has changed much. They have one person serving customers at the till that not only doesn't understand the english speaking customers but also gets the orders wrong and then argues with customers when it is pointed out to him.

His clothes are also dirty which fits in with the rest of the customer areas. I went to sit in a cubicle and it stank to the point that I could smell it clearly over my food. It doesn't seem like the place has had a thorough clean in a while as all the little corners were visibly dirty.

This will have been the last time I come here. Not impressed at all. Note on the attached photo how much cold drink you get when...

Absolutely disgusted at the service and quality of food we received!! I’m fuming!! As someone who has worked in the service industry I understand customer service but I also understand customers can be unreasonable. I am generally very chilled however when servers give you attitude and burnt food then I flip a switch!

We had gone to get a takeaway as I am pregnant and have a long trip to swartruggens , firstly my husband orders Coke zero only to be given coke and then told no there’s no Coke Zero or Sprite Zero? Way to cater for your customers…. Secondly I get given burnt pops?? Then when I ask the lady for a tomatoe sauce sache because that’s how I eat my pops (and every other KFC has gladly given me with no issues) I get told with a heavy attitude that no it only goes with chips? If I eat pops with tomotoe sauce then who are you to straight up say sorry no we not giving you it , it goes with chips?
