I will never set foot here ever again. Absolutely terrible service from the female manager who was on duty today 13/06. I asked to change my drink order from a can to something warm she told me it’s not possible . I asked her to issue a refund and it had to be a debate before she did that, she the went to further ask me “what’s my problem “ because she changed my drink anyways. She then went on to further tell me that "it’s enough” I should keep quiet cause my order has been changed. It was my first time coming here and definitely my last. I will not entertain being so disrespected when there so many other establishments in the area that offer much better service. Instead of the owner addressing the problem by finding out what happened, she then went on to write a fake review under our business profile. Popped in for a quick coffee with my mom. Decided to treat the kids at home with some take away pizza. Ordered a Rooibos tea and received a dark dark brown liquid. I mentioned that it was totally too strong as it was ridiculously bitter due to the strength. The waiter said they served it like that. The manager also said that it is is how they serve it with two teabags. They did not once offer me a new tea. Absolutely crazy. After receiving my take away pizzas the avo was totally rotten and black. At this stage I was fuming and the waiter once again told me that the pizza was fine and they serve it like that. I then had a few words with another female manager. She At least suggested a new cup of tea which I did not drink as they did not even bring me another cup. I paid a total of R320-00 after they replaced the avocado and feel totally DISGUSTED in the entire experience. The staff is untrained and have NO IDEA how to deal with issues.....

We went there for a bite to eat. When we got there went to the desk as we where not helped. Ordered pizza and was told after we are not allowed to sit inside!After a long excursion I disgusted asked if we were allowed to sit outside "I can't stop you" he said. After sitting I went in to asked for a ice tea and got ridiculously high prices (R27 per can) after questioning it, he asked sarcastically "do you still want it?". I said yes and told him that the service was pathetic , he got angry and unpleasant and told me that I was insulting his prices. This was not the first time I had to deal with untrained staff.
