Falcon Peak Spur — Restaurant in Gauteng

Honestly, today when I came here I came with the hope that I will leave Spur more happier than yesterday but unfortunately that didn't happen but the service was purely 100%good. It is only because of the slender light skinned girl with light green blue/Sage short curled and pretty styled hair yesterday she was the only one wearing black short sleeved t_shirt she mentioned that she's still training but I forgot her name ,I just named her Young Maria. Yesterday she had a customer services , showing good qualities of being an internal stakeholder . The way her tongue is sweet I even forgot that she's in probation. The only problem about the girl she managed to change our minds and do family cards and gave us her full attention but the girl refused to take a picture with us , we even showed her that we know her from somewhere and she refused she said people look alike and she never came back after the service but we only wanted a picture with her since we saw her on Mhuvhango, YouTube and other shows. So today I just came with the hope that I will see her and ask for a picture again but she was not there for me. Had a late Lunch on the 01st Sept 2016, how very disappointing as a customer who always has my lunches there after my meetings at Carlton Centre. 1stly as we confidently entered the restaurant our mood was dampened by the waiter who seemed very tired and uninterested in serving us. 2ndly, the table he directed us to was dirty and sticky from the previous guests. It took what seemed to be so much of an effort for our waiter to clean the table. 3rd, he left us with the menus and returned after 4mins of waiting to speak to us while passing and not really attending to us. I would have been more understanding if the restaurant was busy but it was not. I saw 3 waiters standing around being playful at the door. Eventully he took our drinks order to come back with the wrong drinks!!!! 4th, the food came and was cold, the salt and pepper holders where sticky and full of grab from the other guests...what a great way to make a person loose his appetite. After reporting it to the manager, he came looking very untidy with his white shirt sticking out and seemed very amused and excited like he was on a high, which made us wonder what was amusing about a dirty table and a dirty salt containers. After the great service I got last time I decided to come back yesterday, Came with my two brothers Had lunch at around 3, The place was quite busy, But trust the service I got was excellent This time around were serviced by ❤️Chantel❤️ The food was good and tasty😋😋 We didn't wait for long to get the food though it was busy Big up to the kitchen staff for pushing
