The place looks fairly new with its million TV screens at every corner of the place. It is clean for now. The waitrons should tie their hair or wear mop caps cause I found a strand of hair in my shooter. A disturbing thing I saw, they use the same measuring jug to pour the different wine blends when ordering wine per glass, so obviously that will affect the taste of the blend. They don't even rinse the jug, they pour red wine and straight to white wine using the same jug...Wooow! Don't be fooled by the name thinking that its a English speaking place, they speak most Afrikaans and it has a racist feel to it. You feel it, its as if they don't want to share the space with people of colour. The young waitrons in terms communicating and serving the table, they do try their best and have lovely personalities. The food was well presented, however we couldn't finish it - I got a stomach bug/food poisoning (not sure if it was from the food or drinks or both), my wife vomited everything she had consumed when we got back home. But above all this, I have got to give it to the owner, he was the Legend of the Night - he comes to our table, we try to make a joke with him, he insults my woman by talking about her weave, he further goes on to say if we don't gulp our drinks, his going to throw them out and have us thrown out as well. He said that he had given us over 1 and a half hours to finish off, whereas this is not true. He was sitting with his friends and forgot that he needed to close his place - only when the waiters refused to serve him drinks did he then start chasing people out, literally chasing people out and this was done because they refused to give his table last rounds and he wanted a favour from his staff, they told him that people are looking at them because they refused to give other patrons the last round. He doesn't regard his place as a place of making money, it almost seems as if that is not his main business and his not concerned of what goes on there. Maybe the place is sponsored or something...but what I do know, is that the place will close down pretty soon or the will be a huge incident happening there. Mark my words. 🤞🤞He has poor hospitality and managerial skills, if he has at all. He just doesn't care, very rude fellow and cocky! Some drunken guy was beaten up and thrown out the place. The place has potential to be a lovely place but with this attitude from the top and overall hygiene negligence, it will close down faster than it opened. Anyway, that was my first and last time stepping foot...
