Walked in the restaurant to order breakfast,today at 09:30. Right after confirming my order on the self service screen realised I ordered a wrong meal,since I chose to pay on the till the manager(Siviwe/sizakele)she wasn’t wearing her name tag .had to a staff member!! was on the cash desk. I told her might have selected the wrong meal May she kindly explain what’s the name of the burger I selected “SHE SAID SHE DOESNT KNOW!I must go back n order the correct one?whole manager??was kind of dissapointed I went back to order the correct one. Took long to prepare my order. She kept yelling at her staff members,the food was very clumsy as if she was serving dogs kindly check footage .she even spilled some customers coffie on the floor. As they were preparing my order one of the staff members asked wether she didn’t forget to put fried chips her responce was”I’m busy with other orders,Do it yourself “they gave me the boeri breakfast meal I opened indeed fries were not there.
Very dissaponted and angry!will not be returning!such a disgrace! Her body language!is something else. Doesn’t have manners!complaining about working 14 days with no off days to her staff members!

Worst service, most unhelpful and rude staff. After deciding to grab a quick bite the cashier who didn’t greet, rudely told me to use the self service machine. I watched her help 2 other people before me so that is why I went to the counter. But she could not help me and was rude about it. I thought about leaving, but gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered as she rudely told me to.
As I waited 15 minutes for my ONE hash brown I observed how she (the same rude cashier), only assisted black people and was absolutely rude to white people and mixed race people like myself.
I watched as a total of 4 customers left this establishment in disgust because of the service they received.
