I got to drive-through placed my! I specifically said NO Jalapeño sauce in my McFeast and that I want extra Jalapeño sauce on the side for extra fee. No problem, arrival to pay point’ there was training taking place! 1. I waited for 10 minutes before they could attend to me since they were changing cashiers (I didn’t mind) When they finally give my order attention they are telling me to confirm my order, I did that. And they said i never told them i didn’t want Jalapeño sauce in my burger! I told them that when i placed my order I specifically said I don’t want Jalapeño sauce in my burger but as an extra condiment, fine they fix that! Just when I should pay (that is over 10 minutes already) they are training a lady how to process payment, the lady is clueless and explained to them that she has never used their system before. They all moved and left the poor trainee to see herself out!...

I was here in 2022 and there was a group of men and ladies with kids, probably Somalians. They were playing loud music through the phone speakers. So i then called one of the staff members to call them to order.

A year later, i find the same people here. I think they own this place. Or they just love eating here on Sundays.

Today, their behavior is rotten potatoes mixed with rotten eggs and sprinkled with that smell when you approach Marabastad.

The kids are climbing on top of the tables. They are playing around and pushing the kiosk.

I am never coming back here. How can we not discipline kids? Both parents and the restaurant failed.

What power do these guys have? They must eat outside if they want to play their own music.

I can't rate the food becoz I didn't even get to have my food. Asked for a refund, I have never seen any McDonalds take this long to prepare an order. I sent my daughter twice to check for the food and it was not ready. The shop was not even full. Then I asked for the ice cream while I wait, they refused to give it to my daughter. The worse part was when they gave someone who came after me their food and told that person their ice machine is out of order, and in the middle of summer you cannot even get an ice cube to cool down your drink. That customer then proceeded and said "the ice machine has been out of order for ages in this place". The manager was even busy chit chatting on his fone while ignoring me when I was asking...
