Was it George of the Jungle NO, was it George Washington NO. It was George our Super Waiter. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and had left it looking for greener pastures. And in a life time I have only met 1 or 2 waiters with an absolute passion to serve other humans regardless of how good or bad their day or week has been... Well tonight myself and my family had the humblest and most compassionate service from a gentleman called George. George has not had the best of days due to some personal reasons but never once did he have his misfortune of the day turn into a bad experience for us. Nothing we asked of him was too great a task, he was quick and thoughtful, he knew his menu well and his recommendations and considerations in regards with our family eating requirements where spot on. Almost as if he knew what we where there for before we where even seated.

George all I can say is thank you for the best service you gave my family it was by far the best we have experienced as a family and you can bet we will be back and asking for you by name.

May your love and compassion never fade, may God's grace, love and blessings go with you every day of your life. You touched our hearts tonight. And we appreciate you.

The food was great as always the kids had fun with the fun shakes and we had way to much to eat but it is all worth it.

Thank you for putting the family in family dining and having next level waiters like George serving your customers. Because of him we will definitely be back.

Ps. Your Meaty Basket should be changed to platter for 2 or 3 people cause damn that's a monsters portion of food.... For a ridiculously low price of R190.

I visited Mustang Sally on the 1st of April 2023 with my family it was my daughter's birthday. When we arrived it was full we were put on the waiting list and waited outside. The lady at reception was okay. A waitress named Lethabo came to direct us to our table, we sat down she just put the menus on the table no greeting, did not offer to take our drinks order, no explanation of what is going to happen next, no word nothing she just left us there just like that..after a couple of minutes then came "our waiter" Trevor, did not introduce himself(saw this name on the slip while making the payment with him) he said his our waiter he needs "few seconds" his gonna come back for our drinks order. Few seconds turned into +-10min.came back for our drinks order while still enquiring about the type of burgers served and and and, he just gave his phone and said we can check there, said his going to place our drinks order so long since cockails take some time to be ready, you could tell he was just in a hurry. Then he came back 15min later with the drinks.then we placed our food order which took over 40min to get to us. Yes it was pack I fully acknowledge that but his attitude and non communication and the fact that numerous tables around us came and placed orders after us, burger orders which was something we also having but yet got their food before us was just sooo irritating and proved his incopmpence.. Am not sure what he took us for but I felt disrespected. I ended up not having my meal there took a takeaway. It was my daughter's birthday when I arrived and saw people being sung for I also thought I was gonna ask him if they could sing for her but after the treatment received I just decided against it. It was my first time at this place and I don't think I would...

It was very busy when we got there and was told there would be a 30min wait, hoewever we were seated in less than 20mins.

The waiter told us before we sat that they are running behind and service will be a bit slow. This was very nice because then I had the option to be patient or leave.

The food was warm and ribs and wings tender and very tasty. However I really didn't like that you put my chips under all my meat, by the time I got to them they were mushy and full of my meat sauce, I personally prefer them crispy and on the side.

Staff is very friendly and smiling alot. I just felt bad for them because we were there for about 2hours and in that time they had to sing for more than 15 poeple I got the feeling that people misuse this and I think for the sake of your staff you should look into this so that people are not dishonest because the waiters get disrupted ALOT because they had to run to each table also causing them to be delayed in service.

The bathrooms is quite small, however clean. I dont like that there are people eating basically right in front of the bathroom door.

There was lady at the door keeping track of everyone waiting outside, she is very hands on, friendly and available and does a fantastic job.

This branch has no problem with parking like the branch in Hatfield so it's much more convenient.

I see some complaints that the food is over priced, compared to the portions it is definitely underpriced.
