Frustrated 😠!!! Everytime when I order the Haloumi & Vegs pita I get something else!!! Tonight I got the Vegs pita again.. ???!!!

I even showed the lady at the order/pay window a picture and name of what I want on my phone because they stuff up every time!! And still... Got that horrible veg patty thing that I don't like and don't want!! Not even Haloumi anywhere in my order???

And this after going through the drive through and was asked to park in parking lot and waited 15 Min for my order!!

Nandos please train your staff to know their menu!! As my order wasn't capture incorrectly!! See slip!! See order!!

Welcome to the WORST NANDO'S this side of Mzansi (and overseas) - from store forecourt design, to service, to food. Lady taking orders cant hear you so it takes 10 shouts of your order before she gives up and tells you to come around to the next window. Dearest, just close your window and you will hear me, or are you more interested in the street? Waited for my slip, I never got it - stuck in the machine. The food - why would you grill little pineapple pieces before putting them in my pita? Result: soggy brown messy pita that tastes like nothing. Same goes for the chicken. Then theres the wait....
