We like the food but they need to stop making the burgers so soggy and start getting the orders correct and speed up their service always waiting to long for food and then when we get it it's cold and most of the times not correct.
This place just always makes mistakes. Ordering food today on 22 Jan 2025 drive home get their my food is incorrect because why because the guy by the drive thrue side can't listen. I need to drive all the way back because if you call in their is no use i just waist mybairtime because i called in multiple times. But thebguy at the drive thru repeats the order back to is and he still didnt get it correct. You guys like waisting people's money and time. I gave the food back and demanded my money back because how sould I know what you guys will do next to my food. Spend more then R300.00 again today by you and your service is just bad. Lady to blame as the manager doesn't look like the manager. Get your workers in order and give them the proper training because this is really unacceptable ! The service I received at your Montana Drive-Through during my visit was disappointing to say the least. As a regular and loyal customer, I hold Nando’s to high standards, which is why this experience was particularly frustrating.
I visited the drive-through on the 17th and placed my order at 18:42 and I'm still waiting for the fulfillment of my order for 3 Quarter Chicken meals with drinks. Despite the fact that it was not a particularly busy period, I had to wait an unacceptable 35 minutes to receive my order. For a drive-through, this is an unreasonable delay and completely defeats the convenience expected from this service.
I understand that there may occasionally be delays during peak periods, but this was not the case here. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the efficiency of the Montana branch and the training of staff to handle orders in a timely manner. Complaining to customer services did not help last time.. despite their trite response, you will not get through to the store manager.
