However, the wood I touched back then wasnt wood but steel that was rusting. Ive found the quality of nandos all over SA to have dropped, with the exception of this branch! There quality comes in waves. Sometimes theres enough chips but less spice other times the chips dont seem to exist. I used to order chicken livers on a weekly basis but I find that theres so little suace and the livers are never well done when asked for them to be.

Overall ive decided to down grade my initial review and would like Nandos Northmead to know that it takes what won your customers to keep them!

Still one of the best Nandos in Gauteng and near Johannesburg. They always get my order right. The quality is never poor, touch wood. I dont order nandos much since pedros is my first choice for Portuguese fast food, however, this is one Nandos I will continue to support just based on service. Note to staff - More smiles would compliment the good service! Note to customer - Just smile even if no one...

Order no dfd 34518641, I am sharing my dissatisfaction with my order of yesterday evening...I placed an order through Mr Delivery and i ordered Lemon and Herb Full chicken with extra sauce cut into 8 plus 4 sides which were 2 pkt of chips,spicy rice and 1,5 cold drink sprite...no sauce on the meat and it was so dry that even my 5yr old could not eat it, second on the order list was Hot half chicken cut into 4 and 1 side casa pap and relish...same on this order no sauce at all chicken had no taste wats so ever ,meat not cut, side was not included...When i checked the quality slip attached to the order it showed that it was not done and the slip was blank...This was an embarrassing situation for me as i had visitors that i was meant to feed and i could not...I mean i spent R399 for the service that i am not happy with infact service that i feel was not rendered...I am so disappointed and i hope something will be done...I have sent emails to customercare@nandos.com but kept on bouncing back i have pictures to prove...
